Currency, Tax & Shipping
All prices and transactions are made in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Prices are quoted excluding Goods & Services Tax,
unless otherwise advised. International customers are responsible for customs and duties in their own jurisdictions.
Order Acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.
Explora Learning Company Pte. Ltd. reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item
and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer in the next working day (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon successful submission of the electronic order.
If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
Payment & Refunds
Payments for goods and services are processed
via our online payment processor, Worldpay, are accepted for VISA and MASTERCARD only. S$ Cheque payments are accepted only with prior approval.
Please note that all refunds are at the discretion of the management. Refunds for goods paid will be processed if the order is cancelled
due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame. Cancellations once the order is confirmed
and submitted by the customer will be allowed only at management's discretion. Fees paid for events and workshops are non refundable
unless otherwise stated within the terms and conditions of each event or workshop.
Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges will be accepted for cases of manufacturer's defects. Returns/Exchanges will be honoured only if done so within 30 days from the date of invoice, subject to written Confirmation with email or fax from Explora Learning Co. Pte Ltd.
Other conditions below also apply:
1. Returns cannot be accepted on DVDs, CDs & Audio Cassette products, no exceptions;
2. Items to be returned are to be sent back in their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition.
3. Discounted Price Items sold are Final and will not be accepted for Returns/Exchanges.
